Reports

Every manager gets a 13 page report. The first three pages are a summary. The very first page a radar diagram with the ten survey areas and the average values per respondent category. As there are many opinions about radar diagrams, the following two pages show the results in an alternative form.

The detailed report consists of 10 pages. For each respondent category there is a bar showing the span between maximum and minimum values as well as a dot for the average.

The reports can be created in two versions. One were the superior manager is shown separately and another were that data is included with the managerial colleagues. This so that the superior manager can choose to give feedback in a private session.

Reports can be created in any mix of available languages (Danish, Finnish, English, Norwegian and/or Swedish, ).
