Administration of surveys

At present I administer the web surveys and create the reports. I hope to have a system for self-administration in place during 2006, Then the minimum charge will be reduced. Websurveys are available in English, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish.

Costs

The price is at present 1400 SEK per manager, minimum 5000 SEK. That is approximately €140, $190 or £100 per person. When using multiple languages a 25% surcharge is made per language and report.

Documentation

During the autumn of 2006 a documentation describing the used theoretical frameworks will be written. The right to make copies for participating managers is included in the price.

Certification

Quality is in the eye of the beholder, in this case the end-user and customer. My assumption is that the customer is the best judge of the quality of consultants, not other consultants selling certification courses. It is up to the customer to assess the credibility and usability of the consultant.

A consultant using this instrument and is not knowledgeable in Requisite Organization might have difficulties in using it and being credible.

I do not offer certification course, nor do I require certification for using the inventory, but I reserve the right to choose who to allow using the instrument.
