The Requisite Leadership Inventory
The Requisite Leadership Inventory is a 360° feedback instrument based on the framework of Requisite Organization and Stratified Systems Theory as developed by Elliott Jaques and staff at the Brunel Institute for Organisational and Social Studies.
Requisite Organization is about building an organization where every layer adds value to the system. Where each employee gets tasks, uses his/her discretion in solving them and in held accountable for their own work and that of subordinates. Every person has the capacity of processing information complexity required for their position. RO/SST leads to an efficient and humane organization where human potential is realized.
The Requisite Leadership Inventory is a 360° feedback, which explores that in management and leadership which is common to all managerial strata, whereas Requisite Organization explores the added value of each level.
The inventory explores the required behaviors of managers, not personality traits or personal values.
